- Heartbeat timestamps (license validation every 72 hours).
- Software version and platform.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
🔒 All forensic evidence and case data remains exclusively on YOUR machine.
We never see, access, transmit, or store any investigation data, forensic artifacts, reports, or findings.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To activate and validate your license.
- To send license renewal reminders.
- To provide product updates and security advisories.
- To respond to support requests.
5. Third-Party Services
- Polar.sh: Payment processing (card payments).
- NOWPayments: Cryptocurrency payments.
- Cloudflare: Infrastructure and CDN.
6. Data Retention
- License data: Retained for the duration of your license plus 12 months.
- Waitlist emails: Retained until you unsubscribe or 24 months.
